Flight Assistance for the
2019 WJA Leadership Conference
The Women’s Jewelry Association’s 2019 Leadership Conference will take place Thursday, March 21st – Sunday, March 24th, 2019 in Austin, Texas. The conference will be held at the Sheraton Austin Hotel at the Capitol and the IN THE SPOTLIGHT celebration will take place at the Austin Central Library on the evening of Saturday, March 23rd. Unless otherwise noted, your attendance is required at all events. Please plan to arrive on Thursday in time for the Welcome Reception (from 6-7pm) and depart on Sunday after IN THE SPOTLIGHT (ending at approximately 10pm). We are planning an exciting program in Austin this year – special thanks to Austin Chapter members for their support in planning these events!
Information about flights:
all attendees should arrive in Austin before 5pm on Thursday, March 21st and may depart on Sunday, March 24th, 2019
attendees may choose to arrive early or stay late to enjoy more time in the Austin area*
the travel allowance is $500 total per attendee including both air and ground transportation
economy fare flights will be covered up to the travel allowance limit; the difference in fare for economy plus, business/first-class shall be covered by attendee

*reminder: WJA will cover three-nights (Thursday, Friday, Saturday), double-occupancy hotel accommodation at The Sheraton Austin at the Capitol. Singles and extra nights will be at an extra cost to the attendee.
